4 Intersecting axis gears

Solid, hermetic design of all intersecting axis gears of the tedder working in oil bath enable high durability.

5 Even layout of swath thanks to ideal overlapping of rotors.

6 Wheels

Protection against winding the swath on the wheels enables smooth operation even when the swath is thick.

7 Suspension

Suspension with heart pin enables simple putting the machine in central position during lifting. Tensioning of shock absorber is an additional support.

Tines

Special protection of tine against losing when it happens to break with regulation of tine's work angle.

Position angle of tine adjustment:

- position 1: standard adjustment
- position 2: in tough conditions e.g wound swath.

Manufacturer's advice

There is a possiblility to adjust wheels to work near tines – for uneven terrain, enabling work with higher angle of tedding – better work results.

Left turn of wheels 17o is used when the work is done on the right side meadow's end – right turn, if meadow's end is on the left side.
